Grow Law Firm was founded by seasoned legal marketing experts with the goal of helping 2,000 small law firms double revenue in 3 years or less.

The Role

Develop relationships and generate new opportunities and new business in the small law firm space (1-50 attorneys; revenue $1MM - $20MM annual revenue).

The annual goal is to sign up a minimum of 35 new law firms for marketing services.

• High level of integrity, energy, intelligence, and empathy
• Love working with other people, introspective, and strong at fostering relationships
• Willing & comfortable to prospect and sell
• Ability and desire to do public speaking, and create content (video, podcast)
• Motivated to make more money
• Natural promoter
• Have a good size personal network in the legal and/or business coaching space
• Sharp appearance
• Business acumen
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to slow down conversations and ask questions

How to Build a Flow of New Business

We’ll teach you the skills and provide resources (collateral, platform, and budget) to help you bring in opportunities.

• Partner with influencers (podcasters, bloggers, coaches, accountants, etc.) in the small law firm community to generate new business.
• Connect with small law firms and generate new opportunities and new business.
• Get opportunities and get interviewed on industry podcasts
• Attend, network, and speak at conferences
• Interview influencers on Grow Law Firm podcast
• Generate a referral network that will continue to generate new business

Compensation

The compensation is structured to strongly encourage performance, has a nearly-unlimited upside, and has a safety net.  

We provide a base salary of $75,000 to help you get started, plus.

On target first-year income is $150,000-175,000, with a potential to reach over $225,000.

The total income potential of a relationship manager ranges between $175,000 to $300,000.
